The following candidate statements were sent to homeowners along with ballots for this year's board of directors election.

STATEMENTS OF BOARD NOMINEES
PLEASANTON HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Bob Hucker

Good management is the key to successful operation of the association. Recently management has been inadequate, particularly the supervision of landscaping in the common area. The board needs to evaluate the management company’s performance. The board also needs to be fiscally conservative and be sure to get good value for the dues paid by homeowners.

Richard Lam

Serve and help out neighbors. Open communication/information transfer between board and homeowners.

Steve Manuel

As a new member of the community I would be interested in improving the value of the HOA delivered to members at large, serving the membership in facilitating improvement and maintenance of the Pleasanton Hills neighborhood.

John Will

I would like to utilize the knowledge I’ve obtained through my experience as a board member to continue to promote and protect our community.
