New election rules require 'secret ballot,' election inspectors |

The following solicitation letter regarding new election rules was mailed to members of the association.

Board of Directors SOLICITATION LETTER TO MEMBERSHIP AUGUST 23, 2007 To: Members of the Pleasanton Hills Homeowners' Association: I. NEW RULES In order to comply with the new statutory requirements of Civil Code section 1363.03, et seq, the Board of Directors intends to adopt new Voting and Election Rules. These Rules require, among other things, the use of election inspectors and require that all matters requiring a vote of Members be conducted using a "Secret Ballot." The new Voting and Election Rules are enclosed with this letter; these new Rules will be adopted by the Board of Directors at the October 17, 2007 Annual Meeting. There are two (2) positions available in the upcoming Election of Directors. If you are interested in being on the Board, please fill out and return the enclosed Application of Candidacy.
